采购
采购 provides the 大学 with a centralized location for the processing of the purchase of goods and services. We provide information for the purchase of various goods and services, as well as assistance with the bidding process if necessary. The staff is trained in MA State 采购 requirements and is a significant resource for information in locating competitive sources for goods and services and is always willing to negotiate pricing and delivery of services. We are tasked with providing the campus with best price of quality goods and services; negotiating favorable terms and conditions; monitoring of supplier compliance with purchase orders, contracts for services, and assistance in resolving any discrepancies.
Business Services consists of the management and oversight of all auxiliary services at the 大学. These services include the Follett 大学 书店, 食品服务/Vending Machines, 校园复印中心, and Mail/Receiving Services.
